Mr. Laibi is an entrepreneur with professional experience in both the off- and online media and advertising industry. Having worked in Europe (Germany) and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia) for many years, he has significant insight on those potential markets and a strong understanding of international business relations.

Ms. Demirel has over 20 years' experience in the language service industry, specializing in Marketing and coordination of high-level international conferences, as well as Project Management of Translations.

Hulus Hulusi
Mr. Hulusi is the CEO and co-founder of "Oncall Interpreters & Translators" (www.oncallinterpreters.com), a very successful agency providing interpreting and translating services to the public and private sectors.

Mr Hulusi has over 30 years experience in the Language Services Industry. He is himself an experienced and professional NAATI Interpreter who has successfully managed ONCALL since its inception in 1984, through a period of growth and expansion.

Hulusi has not only kept abreast of community based interpreting in Australia, but through the formation and success of Conference Interpreters International, he has travelled the world. Hulus recruits, manages and supervises the provision of top quality conference interpreters at prestigious international conferences in Australia and overseas.

Hulusi's experience in the international arena has been paramount in his contribution to and implementation of training in language services in Australia.

Deniz Hulusi
Ms. Hulusi is the Operations Manger and co-founder of "Oncall Interpreters & Translators". Deniz has over 20 years experience in the Language Services Industry and with ONCALL Interpreters & Translators Agency. She is a Monash University Bachelor of Arts Graduate and Post Graduate in Business and Secretarial Studies.

She has successfully managed the business, through a period of continual growth and expansion. During this period she has been responsible for:

• Training of staff
• Ongoing recruitment and interviewing of Interpreters/Contractors
• Day to day operations such as bookings, finance and computer support
• Monitoring of client satisfaction and feedback
• Complaints mechanism, acting on feedback and reporting outcome
• Quality checks on all aspects of the Australia-wide business
• Smooth running of operations

Dr. Walid Arab Hashem
Dr. Hashem is the CEO of Rotana Video & Audio Visual Company. He has been a Member of Majlis Ash Shura in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since April 2005 and is also an Associate Professor in the Economic Department of King Abdul Aziz University. Dr. Hashem also serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Okaz Press Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the American University in Cairo and a Ph.D. in Economics from Georgetown University. Born in 1957, Dr. Hashem is a citizen of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is fluent in English and Arabic.
